Event History 2009
On June 12, 2009, we played our second annual 100 Hole Golf Challenge at the Vineyard Golf Course in Cincinnati, Ohio. This was our first year playing at the Vineyard and their accommodations and golf course were absolutely tremendous. We had about four hours of rain that day but that did not slow us down one bit.

In this our second year, we set out with a goal of $60,000. We lowered our goal from 2008 in anticipation of contributions being lower as a result of the difficult economic conditions. We were all shocked at the tremendous support we all received and in total we raised a approximately $80,000!!

With the proceeds from the tournament we sponsored three children (Jayden, Morgan, & Natalie) as well as two other additional children. In total we raised $30,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Additionally, we were able to give another $30,000 to the Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation on behalf of our charity and Georgia Kopf, the daughter of one of our fellow golfer’s Pete Kopf. Georgia had been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and we were all so proud to make the contribution to such a great cause!!
